If this happens I'm very excited - with all of these young signings it looks like we will be working off of talent, then if/when we get to the promised land we will have an experienced young team who will hopefully develop into a real force.

All strong and stable houses need a good foundation, with all the strength at the back we are looking like we will have the strength to move forward and with Pearce managing these players I feel it can only be positive.

Build from the back, can't go to the prem and expect to be bagging 3 goals every game, a powerful, developing and in depth defence will keep us in the top division. (Assuming we get there ofcourse)
