Kevin Macdonald who has done so well with the U18s has left the club. gone to Aston Villa as Asst. Manager. He did a fine job. Wonder who else is leaving?

Yes, I was disappointed to read that. He did a great job with the U18's and seemed to work well with Jack Lester. He has been highly rated for years as a coach and, I think, man-manager. And No 2 at Villa, where he is highly regarded, is a good promotion, I guess.
Maybe Jack can step up now? Where is Chris Fairclough these days, by the way?

Why would he not leave to work in the Prem?? Would not be at all surprised to see Steve Hodge join set up as has recently finished at Wolves.
