Before the rumours start, Antonio as a foot injury, he's not being sold, that's why he's not playing tonight.

I know that's right but if henry goes I would think he would go too before not too long

Nixon seems to think the Henri deal is close now. Not saying the bloke is right as he's been saying that for the past two transfer windows. Do think it's a matter of when not if.
It's a scandalous sale though. Lansbury has made us tick (however limited) this season and to get rid now with our shortage there is criminal

Antonio not in right frame of mind for tonyt after bid rejected on monday and discussion took place with df ma n owners. thats from df on radio

DF reports that Antonio didn't play because he was deemed to be "not in the right frame of mind" following receipt of a bid. Obviously on his way, then.

I thought it was a bad foot?lol
How come Lansbury can keep playing yet Antonio says he can't?shocking attitude to be honest.lansbury carries on and puts a performance in like he did tonight and Antonio stays at home because there was a bid.lansbury =pro Antonio = insert own words

I think it was a good call by df, we've seen many times if antonio isn't getting the better of his marker/markers then he hets frustrated and can disappear in a game for abit, we've all seen his fantastic runs going forward and he is a class player just needs to stop having so many breaks in between the moments. look at the cup game 15 mins up and down the pitch totally made the difference but in a 90 mins game he will play for 10 rest for 5 then go again lol, so if he wasnt going to be as committed in a match as lansbury is then i think it was a wise move, be sad to see him go but can't always try keep players that have their heads turned by offers elsewhere.

Totally agree. He sums up the attitude of many modern day players,if they don't get their own way they Chuck their toys out of the pram.Well done Henri.

Went to game tonight very interesting on radio notts afterwards.

DF quoted that a bid came in for Antonio on Monday which we had not accepted then another bid later on and today DF and the management team decided that Antonios frame of mind was not right for the game tonight and was not included.

This is a lot different to the Lansbury bids and Henri has actually had a great couple of games he was awesome tonight and shows he can be a leader when bossing the youngsters I also thought that Vaughan had a great game as well.

So reading between the lines I recon Antonio has played his last game for us. As if his mind is not right it seems he does not want to play for Forest. Tonight he would have given us that edge .

So the player who could have won the match for us was left out because of a bid from our rivals. F U Derby for fuffin up our night for us. There should a rule to stop this kind of propaganda happening on a match day.
