Spent this evenings game in exec box with Paul Hart and his son Jamie courtesy of Mike West so picked up a few titbits. Forgive me if this has been mentioned before but the interesting one for me was the collapse of the deal for the Leicester keeper. It was nothing to do with FFP or anybody at Forest messing up. Basically, Leicester were going to pay half his wages but in return for that they wanted Forest to promise he would be no.1 and play every game which obviously DF couldn't agree to. Just thought I'd clarify as the club came in for a bit of stick for this one.

Were the prawn sarnies any good? 😊 nice bit of info, I can't see why the club haven't cleared this up though? It should never have been announced if it wasn't finalised and if fester moved the goal posts (and to be honest it would make sense to pretty much demand that he played especially if they were paying such a bug chink of his wages) why wouldn't either club let that info out? It would make sense to both sets of fans.

Maybe a club with dignity don't want to expose a club who they may want to deal with in future. We don't know all the ins and outs. Doubt we want to half the time. Didn't work. Move on. Why do so many reds look for some sanctimonious reason. We aren't the x files. Someone doesn't sign, he doesn't want to. We seem to look for some hidden agenda all the time.

I am not a De Vries fan, but even I stood up and applauded 2 very very good saves.

Maybe he needs game time?

Thought Oliver Burke did well and Jorge Grant showed some nice touches.

The effort of the players must be complimented.

Luke-he was announced as a signing on a season loan,either he hadn't signed therefore it shouldn't have been announced or fester moved the goal posts, which is out of order-hows he meant to keep goal if the goal posts keep moving? 😊 no matter of dignity here,just stick to the facts and nobody can really moan.
