As of the last accounts He had loaned NFFC 82 million +this years accounts estimated to be 20 million.
As Villa being talked about for sale for £100 million l fail to see what anyone would be buying for this amount.

Depends how desperate he is to sell and how much the potential buyer wants us as to what he will get for the club. It won't necessarily be driven by the amount of loans he has out in.

If Fawaz wants to sell the club and get his money back is as I see it. Is that he sells a controlling interest in the club, so that another party can run the club, and if Forest do get promoted then he can get the rest of his money back, from monies forthcoming from the promotion, then hand over the rest of the club.
