Anyone know how close Pinillos is to full fitness, or is he in pre season training? Big season for him if fit!

What about Alan "Tank" Rogers brilliant in his first spell.
But best we've had since with the exception of Ryan Bertrand on loan.

Rogers terrible in both spells. Brennan the best we've had after Pearce.

I thought Shorey did a good job for us at left back.

Rogers did a job but was too fat and slow. Shorey had a really good spell, where as Bertrand was bang average.

Pinillos got better as the season went on, shame he got injured. Bennett was good in League One. Agree Brennan the best since Pearce, by a long way.

Bertrand by far the best LB in years, One day we may be able to hold on to / sign permanently quality players like this. Will I see that day?

Bertrand was a steady championship player, at best. Obviously he has improved a lot with age and experience but nothing special with us. Shorey had a great spell with us, missed him badly in the second half of that season.
