Forest Management should come out and clarify Britt's position at the club. Now it seems we are linked with Frasier Campbell from Crystal Palace.

Not wishing to come across as provocative, but I'm not sure why you think they need to clarify his position to you. They and he will know, and we already know we need at least one more (additional not replacement) option up front.

Why do Forest have to clarify anything. It's wrong to assume Britt may be on his way just because we are looking at another striker. Strength in numbers, that's what I say.

If we get Kashmi, keep hold of Britt and get another goal scorer in, we have reason to be optimistic. I'd like to get some of the dead wood off of the wage bill though.

Fryatt - injured and should get rid
Lars - get rid not good enough
Blackstock - ok but how much longer do we wait before he finally gets going for us.

Am I the only person who thinks Britt is a risk?
He could break down tomorrow with the extent of that injury. You also have to question his professionalism, he came back as fat as a pig last season and seemed to have lost nothing over the summer.
I'm a big fan of a fit Britt but a big offer for an unfit Britthas to be taken seriously imo.

A bit of Britt perspective.

He is not going to attract a Premiership club until he has had near on a full season to prove his fitness and quality.

The relegated clubs are the only ones flashing the cash. Wolves and Fulham have put £15m price tags on the 2 best strikers in this League, so our DoF has no excuse for telling clubs where to go or getting the market rate if and when the call comes in.

For some loose change on £15m I am sure we can find another unpolished gem and get a full season out of them?

So please let's not undersell a prize asset again?
