Listening to Mancienne on Notts TV he commented on the chopping and changes in the back 4 and the problems it is causing and he didn't seem happy about it! Not a positive sign if the alleged new contract talks are about to start, but what made it worse was Montanier speaking separetly after him saying he likes to change to keep players " fresh " because of all the games we play, so don't expect his policy to change any time soon!

We are sliding down the table fast, a loss on Saturday and I wouldn't bet against it and all the jibes at Derby recently come come back and " bite us " because we could be below them if they beat Reading.

If the players are not happy with the tinkering PM could lose the dressing room that would be disastrous. I am not looking foreward to Sat if he makes a lot of changes i think we will be played of the park, but as usual i will be cheering on the REDS😎.

To me the players seem lost and not sure what they are being asked to do. If he's not careful the new US owners may put PM on his bike, and we're back to square one again.

Fawaz will scupper any takeovers unless he gets to cling to some of the club

I think PM is both taking his time to identify his best team and realising that too many changes has a negative effect. There are probably 4 or 5 players who he has decided are in his best eleven: Stojkovic, Lichaj, Mancienne, Perquis, and Lansbury. Pereira and Osborn are almost there and Britt when fit would be in.

Todays selection will be telling. Just three changes needed. The first five I mention above should be in. Dumitru and Carayol out and Vellios might replace Bendtner.

Whatever team he picks will find it tough, but many changes will make I tougher.
