i have defended the sale of players like antonio and burke in the past as it was necessary - we needed the money to keep us afloat! new owners will either decide ins and outs or fawaz will still be here and he will do it. if the latter, and players like worrall cash osborn etc are sold that is totally and utterly disgraceful, if allowed.

however what has fawaz got to lose? his reputation? no. fans opinion? no. money? yes. he will have his cake and eat it he has nothing to lose and then run back to family saying "look what i found", it's my £100m or a good degree of it. where did it come from? "i pulled the plug on that business in england". at that moment the twitter account is shut down and we never hear from him again.

I have no love for fawaz and face even less faith in anything he says but don't understand your logic? He is in talks to sell the club of which, according to reports, he will still hold a 20% stake. At this point if he decided to sell 3 of our best young players not only would said deal fall through but I doubt at this point he would have the authority to do so.

If he continues to hold at 20% at the club letting these 3 players wouldn't add any value to his continued investment. I have no doubt all 13M of the Burke sell went straight in to his pocket to the detriment of the club. I honestly don't think he will, come January, will have the power to make decisions regarding the futures of our exciting crop of talent. I could however be completely wrong and live to eat my words as another ridiculous choice befalls our wonderful club. Fingers crossed.

It's still a month before the transfer window opens, if takeover is completed in the next couple of weeks (which I predict) , then we will be fine. And even if it's not do you really think Fawaz is going to risk the potential sale of the club by getting rid of key young players? Especially after the sale of Burke was one of the factors that killed the Greeks deal?

personally think that he's playing a game of look how much a bargain 50 million for forest is. Britt - 20 million
Cash, osbourne, worrall - 10 million
Rest of the club? Not reported in the papers yet.
