what is going on with Nigel Clough, Has he actually been offered the job ? Fawaz is reported as saying he is looking at other mangers and may leave Bazil and Lester in charge. Who is scouting the loan players when we have no scouting network ?

Nigel would only ever come to Forest for the long haul. Fawaz has made it clear he himself is not here for the long haul. Fawaz still openly says he wants to sell. Why would Nigel come under such circumstances. We are back to where we were in the final days of the Nigel Doughty era.

An owner who wants out who is no longer prepared to fund the club beyond keeping it afloat. £120 million spent on a club he was offered £30 million for, does not sound very palatable to anyone. Nigel would have wanted long term security and money to spend. Fawaz will have offered him neither.

Don't reckon he'll ever get another chance. I only want Forest to do well no matter who owns us and although i understand the reasons think this rejection has hurt the club still further. A limited mgr but good at motivation and we would have had more chance of staying up with him at the helm.

For God's sake Brazil is scouting the loan players. He has been doing so from the start because the team could not wait for a manager to come in with the window closing so soon to see what players he might want. don't you all realise that !
