I felt that darikwa had a good game always looked lively going forward and put in some good tackles defensively. Our main problem Friday was our inability to simply head the ball. With our midfield more suited to playing the ball on the floor playing sides that play a more direct physical style of football we could have a few problems.

I know a few on here don't rate MM for his inability to play football which I agree with to a certain extent but he was exactly what we needed in the last ten minute onslaught of sky ball because he will put his head in were it hurts a quality we seem to be lacking at the mo.

I rate smith in goal good at one on one situations and a good shot stopper but his distribution will cost us goals and every high cross into the box looked like costing us a goal .

I felt that brereton had one or two half chances but I can't help but feel he is wasted on the right wing which also means playing Murphy through the middle we lack the option of playing a decent through pass beyond the back line for a striker to run onto which intern means we tend to play the ball around the edge of the box before giving the ball away and putting the opposition on the counter attack.

Overall a win is a win I think playing the warbo style will bring results a style more suited to playing against similar sides but we will struggle against sides not afraid to mix it up and get balls into the box overall some positive signs but still a work in progress .
