There must be something in it otherwise they wouldn't be signing him. Don't get me wrong, I think he'll do a good job for them in that league but they wouldn't be signing him if he played for any other team except forest. Maybe the is some leeway to inflate the price, how can anyone rule over exactly what a players value is.
