Sorry if I sound dumb here but where has this 2m loss per month come from and is that as bad as it sounds or are all football clubs in a similar situation due to wages and other expenses. I thought that was during the fawaz era or are we still making that much of a loss and if so how have we managed to make a profit of 34 mil if we are losing 2m a month and how have we got so much to spend or like I said earlier is this standard for most football clubs?

The historical loan was paid off basically and was the final accounts under the fawaz regime, marinakis accounts not due till May 2018.
It's debatable we are losing 2 mill a month though??
Majority of championship clubs lose money every year just to take part.
It's just the way football is outside the prem, those last accounts took into account the sale of burke for 13 million and writing of a debt.
Personally I doubt were losing that amount each month as 24 million each year would not be sustainable.

I believe the wage bill has been reduced a lot better sponsorship deals increased gates and things just being run properly by football people

My feeling is that unless we unload lots of players this summer because of their contracts and wages we will still be making big losses. With all this talk of new signings (of which we have seen so far only 1) I'm more interested in who we can sell and loan out, the wage bill must still be huge.

Wrong wrong wrong again!
We are now part of a football group that will move assets around to suit the circumstances.
Please keep up with the programme and stop this doom mongering and get behind AK and the team?

Thats right Redinexile. Technically speaking. If we go for it financially and fail then Marinkas could buy the players for Olympiocos without breaking any rules, as long as he pays the market prices.
