Season long loan for Sam byram and rumoured to be putting in a bid for Fabio would 2 great signings I think.

players and their agents alike clearly want to be part of this 'project'. It's great that Forest have become players first choice of destination. how things can change so quickly. A couple of seasons ago we couldn't attract anything like the calibre of player we needed.

Both would be great additions! Isn't there a ruling on how many loans you can have in a match squad tho? If these are both loans we are up to 4 already!

Yes I believe u can have up to 5 loans in your squad however Fabio will be prmenant and Byrom will be a loan

Byram would be a season long loan and talks of 3m for Fabio from Middlesbrough. That would be LB and Rb taken care of.

Sam Byram would be a good signing especially if we can agree an option to sign him. Class act but had injuries at West Ham so he will be keen to get back on track. An upgrade on Eric.

Not keen on Fabio or a fan of short full backs who will get exposed. Sooner have BO at left back than him for £3m which is well over the top?

Think both these would be great though wouldn’t pay£3m for Fabio.
I read on some Portuguese sites that Jose Sa deal is virtually done with Porto but will need to agreed personal terms that might be stumbling block. Personally think he would be great signing and better than Pants. Is good with his feet and disruption and strong shot stopper just likes to punch crosses but Pants does too! As is younger and more experienced in some ways (Recent regular champions league and regular league in Portugal and for Under 21s a few years back)
