I wouldn't be against Marriot coming our way if a reasonable price could be arranged and not the the silly numbers being touted around by the posh chairman.

I guess Cummings has gone there to see if they can mould him into a striker like they've done in the past with Gayle and Britt which makes me wonder if we should be looking to sign the Peterborough scouts/coaches instead of paying millions for their latest find in the bargain bins! (Which they keep doing).

Paul Taylor of the Evening Post seemed quite adamant that there is no deal for Marriott.
When suggested that the Cummings deal could be linked to a Marriott deal, he reiterated that its not the case

I’m not to bothered if he doesn’t sign to be honest.the fact nobody else seems to want him for whatever reason suggests we should be careful.after all he hype and bugging up from posh about him nobody has bid.which shows he isn’t worth what they want and like a few have said he isn’t all that.
