Tonight just reinforced what I saw from the lads against Birmingham a team starting to come of age and believe in themselves.

Not much luck last night with knee injuries to byram and lolley - hope they’re not too serious, though the way byram reacted reminded me of cohen when he did his knee for the second time.

We played a weak Newcastle team red not a full strength one.
Take off your rose tinted specs as they impair your judgement.

At the end of the days there was 6/7 players on the pitch who are regular first team for Newcastle so I have to tell you that is wasn’t that weak these players are still prem players and for a forest fan you should be giving them more praise instead of saying a 3-1 win is a poor game.

Fawaz I think you need to chill mate, is everything ok? do you expect Forest to win every game in a competitive Championship where all teams can beat each other. We will have good times and bad times this season it's the nature of the championship. I will support the reds through all those times and firmly believe there will be more good than bad this season. I do feel some forest fans are giving the majority of us a bad name.

Never said Forest played well against Brum just that unlike under previous managers they came back from the dead and got a result. That shows great character and determination which has been lacking for far too long.

As for realism. It is completely unrealistic to expect a new team to bed players in and hit the ground running! You have seen glimpses of the quality in the squad so a realist would know the momentum needs to build which it is 7 games unbeaten. You can only beat the team put in front of you.

Unrealistic levels of fan expectation holds teams back which is why I am backing the manager and my team 100% to pull through and succeed this season. It's a pity this level of commitment is not matched by Foremoaners who are clearly intent on undermining confidence through knee jerk social media comments. Clearly they not true fans just bandwagoners!
