I'm a big believer in if you play well, you keep your place in the team and as last weeks performance was better than most this season, I would like us to play the same team.
However, before last week, we would all pick Jack Colback so what should we do??
Claudio was superb but can he and Colback play together? Would they be as negative as Colback and Watson?
If I knew Claudio could play the Geddy role, then he and Colback all day long but we've only seen him play once so can he?
Bit of a dilemma eh guys!

Well I wouldn't worry too much about it, he praised bridcutt once and then never saw him again till Burton.
We'll find out about 2pm tomorrow.
The certainties are pants darikwa Robinson figs Dawson colback lolley Calvalho and grabban, just a choice of cash or Dias and geddy or jacob.

FF, not sure about certainties with AK. Yes he has his favourites but not scared to drop anyone? Which I'm happy with, as long as we get the 3 points.👍

AK is settling on a back 6 when they are all fit. I have no issue of him rotating the front 5 to keep the high tempo game going as all the obvious first choice are just as capable of making an impact from the bench when he needs to freshen things up.

As we have had no mid week game I think he will start with the team that finished the Leeds game

Why would you play Jacob in the Geddy role? In fear of stating the blindingly obvious, by definition Geddy is better suited to that role.

If anything Colbach is more creative than Jacob. Jacob is the archetypal DM general. Steady as a rock. Gives other midfielders/FBs freedom. So my guess is if he plays with Colbach Colbach will get slightly more freedom to get forward and be creative influence.

Colbach & Jacod makes more sense if the boss is concerned about opposition MF and wants to stifle them more and keep possession (Geddy gives the ball away more than the other MFs but is more likely to create something or score). At home I'd go for Guedioura and one of the other two them but it is a tough call.

In fact, scrap that. I'd go for the strongest two in the air and in the tackle as Stoke or a nightmare. Same in defence. Play whoever is strong in the air and or Stoke will kill us on set pieces. lol
