Not for me. Been out in the Republic of Ireland wilderness for too long and out of touch with the modern game. Might steady the ship but that’s about all. Wrong appointment, we ain’t going nowhere under O’Niell’s leadership. The merry-go-round continues.

No matter who comes in to manage the club there will always be unhappy fans.
Hope he O'Neil does well.

I think just a steady ship now until the end of the season. Build a team that wants to play for the shirt, team spirit, courage and wanting to win. Get rid of the dead wood and recruit some quality as well as getting more academy players game time (and Worrall back) I don't think promotion is an option this season but i'm happy with that. Next season we'll smash it. COYR

It’s not that I’m not giving O’Neil a chance Stevie, just don’t think he’s the right manager to take us forward. 10 years ago, yes, I really hope he proves me wrong and shuts my trap.

Give the guy a chance before writing him off. Who realistically did you think we could get?

Martins experience is second to none. He has managed and had success at almost every level from Non-League, Lower League, Championship, Promotion, Top half of Premier League Scottish Premier League finishes European Football and International Football. Warnock has shown that age and methods learned in the 1980's is not a barrier to success. The club is in good hands with O'Neill just need luck to be with us (as do all successful clubs) and we could yet rescue this season that was careering downhill fast under AK. Get behind him and stop the negativity.

I'd take O'Neil and Keane. I'm sure he will get us playing attractive football.
Some have said he's more route one. But he will be managing players who are more suited to playing it on deck.
Hope he's backed so he can add the finishing touches to squad.
Keeper
Centre half
A strong fast direct winger
Forward

A lot of fans were unhappy when Karanka came in. MON has a great record at club level and been told he jumped ahead of other candidates due to his huge passion for the club and desire to see the club get promotion. We certainly should give him a chance and respect for his record and his amazing history with our club, let’s hope it works out.

a year ago we would have been really happy in getting MON in as out manager. it didn't end well at ROI but was never going to in the long run. He has a good club record and he loves our club so I'm happy it's him and want us to have some consistency that we have been missing. if Keane comes to then another person who cares for the club and although he can be an idiot at times maybe he is the one to pull people in line. Come on you reds.
