Most fans would agree. We need the following positions brought in at the very least.
Keeper
Centre half
Winger
Forward
We will soon find out in this window if O'Neil is being backed. And what direction and style of play we can expect to see.

not sure we need a winger but def keeper maybe 2 centre backs, a left back and a quick forward

Left back gives central cover with Robinson. If we get another in that puts us at 5. Dawson, Heff, Toby and Fox 1 suspended, 3 injured. Fairly unlucky but any more and they need to be better than our current crop, though some would say that’s easy!

As far as I’m concerned a left back and a goal keeper would be worth the investment tbh.

We have 2 quick forwards. We have Cummings and Walker. Appiah is a quick winger. We have got Jordan Wright as a keeper and a scandinavian lad we haven't blooded even during a central defensive injury crisis.

The academy will cost a lot to run but I’d say the 20 million from Brereton and burke has created a decent profit. Not exactly tearing things up right now are they? In fact other Morgan (who we had years of football from) are there any released or sold academy players who’ve had glittering careers ? I don’t know the answer to that question , it’s a question not a statement.
