I think Labri wants to hang on to Osborn - he's such a good utility player if anyone is injured, and he stood out V Olympiacos. For me he adds pace and stamina to that left side. Give him a 2 year contract.

He has no pace. I have never seen him beat anyone for pace. His passing was awful in that game and he continually lost the ball. Take the 3-5 million for him and run.

Pace? Like redtree said, in my many years of watching him play, I can probably recall 2 occasions when he's took and player on and got past them.

If we can get any money for Osborn. sell.

You jest but at this rate he might well be on his way back and playing upfront! Especially if he is a free agent. Could do with his long throw too!

Osborn might turn out to be a much better player than many of the midfielders we now have. I've never understood why so many people on here have wanted rid of him. Most of the Managers have wanted to keep him at Forest.

He has had over 4 years to show he is better than our other midfielders and failed.

That's not what his statistics show. Your and my sense of failure must be different.

What stats are they? Assists and goals are poor. His crossing always fly’s past the back post. If he’s not doing that he’s doing a cruyff turn on the edge of our own box to pass back to the centre back.

What we cannot afford to do is get rid of players that have the commitment to the club the likes of Benny have even if they are not everyone's first choice.

We need the right mentality in the dressing room to get out the Championship and so far the "Hand of Dourekas" on our recruitment has not exactly moved us forward?

Be very careful what you wish for!

Osborn: stats over 6 seasons

212 appearances
15 goals
28 assists
77% passing accuracy

Guediora: 9 seasons (includes other clubs)

151 appearances
7 goals
10 assists
73% passing accuracy.

They play in different positions. Those stats have absolutely no relevance bsered. I could find an attacking midfielder and compare them to Osborn and it would be embarrassing for him. 77% passing rate when a majority of his passes are to a center back is a joke too inflated.

And how are these stats put together and by who, all a load of tosh.
They both aren't good enough and I've seen them both give the ball away frequently.
Made up rubbish by nerds studying every player in the world🤣🤣🤣🤣🤪🤪🤪.

I agree 79 trust your eyes not the stats.

Pass completion tells you how often they give the ball away so you don't need to worry about the red mist that comes up and obscures the facts and you have already written a player off!

One thing with Osborne his the fact ges 100% he gives all yeah not the most talented player we've ever had at the club but his commitment and effonake him worth holding on to.
