Planning permission has been granted to extend the scouting, sports science, massage, recovery areas, a private suite for the owner to entertain guests. Things are now getting going, exciting times ahead.

Ground should be brilliant can't wait however when finished will it hold 38000 or 36000 i'm hearing different things?

Aps i suppose it is hoped 38,000, planning permission requirements could mean only 36,000 the council do however seem just as keen about the situation aswell as the fans and club.
