Forest Dane

7.) 30 Jan 2014
I'd rather get Wallace. A young player with potential wanting to prove himself!

{Ed034's Note - Wallace is 26, fox is 27

Ed, I remember last summer a Premier League Manager, can't remember which one, made a sarcastic reference to all of the premier league waiting for Gareth Bale to sign for Real Madrid.

Is the start of the money moving around, clubs looking to get a replacement in before selling etc etc the real reason why things gather pace right at the end of January?

9.) 30 Jan 2014
I still want more firepower though! I'll be realistic about further additions, let's say Vaughan, Frimpong, Wickham or Callum Wilson.

10.) 30 Jan 2014
Some player's just need a new challenge. Fox has played very well before and when you see a player has played up to a certain standard you know they have the potential to play that way again. COYR

A reply to my post on the Southampton site:

"Forest Fan - he's not as bad as people make out. He is one of our players, like Guly, that certain sections of the crowd love to hate, so no matter what he does he isn't good enough in their eyes. I bet you can name a player for Forest in the same mould?

His problem is he is back-up to Shaw, so that is who he gets compared against and the top half of the Premiership is probably one step too far for him.

In the Championship he would serve Forest well. As far as I know he's a good squad player and doesn't whinge when he doesn't play [publicly anyone] so a good professional.

He's covered in tattoos so he fits the stero-type perfectly as a bonus"
