Malky to be announced tomorrow, other managers are not willing to come until summer.

Hope so, would be a great asset to the club and knows how to get teams promoted from the chanpionship.

2.) 27 Mar 2014
Isn't there something stopping Malky taking another management job for the rest of this season?

{Ed034's Note - he is basically still employed by cardiff and on 'gardening leave'. We would have to approach cardiff first, agree terms with them, then agree terms with mackay

3.) 27 Mar 2014
I don't know why I'm replying to this but why would mm give up his money for us?

4.) 27 Mar 2014
Hes one of the managers that's on gardening leave as he is suing tan at cardiff for his redundancy package and can't work for any one else at the moment

5.) 27 Mar 2014
I hope so. Think he is the best option. Would of preferred laudrup tho, not sure we would get laudrup. COYR

6.) 27 Mar 2014
Hoddle or zola as an out and out coach and let fawaz and mcgovern to do the rest.

If he is on "gardening leave" it just means Cardiff will continue to pay him but he does not have to work for his wages. If he wanted to start another job, all he needs to do is resign from Cardiff. Cardiff will gain, they don't have to pay him anymore and for Malkay he would have to give up any remaining bonus's etc but if Forest agree to pay the same wages and/or bonuses as Cardiff are paying and therefore Malkay is no worse off then he would be at liberty to sign for Forest.

{Ed034's Note - not that easy. What money is he in there compared to what we offer him? He would also have had bonuses he could have hit and if he thinks he's been unfairly dismissed, he will want these.
If Cardiff think his sacking was deserved, they'll want to pay him as little as possible

I'm sure Tan won't settle terms until he is told where his 'missing 15 million' is! That's what his 'janitor' nephew was looking for whilst being undercover at the club.

9.) 27 Mar 2014
Suing for wrongful dismissal doesn't stop you getting another job if you've already left - not unless you either want your old job back or your really going for big damages via claiming you've been made unemployable due to the actions of your employer

{Ed034's Note - he is on gardening leave and there for still classed as an employee

10.) 27 Mar 2014
Poor old malky, been put on gardening leave and the weathers been awful! I bet he hasn't even had a chance to mow the lawn :-)

{Ed034's Note - lol

Malky would not be the best option available.
We could do worse but it's got to be Steve Clarke, we should be pulling out all the stops for him. Worked with top coaches and pretty much got Chelsea to the champs league final because I'm sure he was pulling the strings in the shadow of Avram Grant. Now that we have assembled a great squad and Fawaz has proved he will crack open the wallet we should aim as high as possible with this appointment
IN FAWAZ WE TRUST
