Bad news Fawaz off at the end of the season will put his house in order clear all debts and leave honourably. he didn't realise just how vicious fans could be despite putting in £22 million into the club. Personally I think he played into the hands of these fans at the beginning by loving the adulation and milking it, set a precedent for when things turn bad but hey if he's genuine then you really have to feel sorry for him.

And what is the source of this bad news.
Absolute cobblers.

2.) 12 Feb 2015
What's the source for this? Last I heard he was staying.

Am I the only one who thinks this sounds totally stupid?
Why would he smash another 20-30 million into the club to get it all in order then leave?

He hints at doing that in a interview I've seen.
You can see it on the bbc nottingham forest website.

I think people get debt confused with FFP rules. Yes, we are losing millions each season, yes, Fawaz has history of paying his bills late but the clubs debt is to Fawaz who funds these losses, the same as Doughty did (didn't the club owe his estate something like £70m?)

@ Mapperley Red: So is he investing in the form of loans or is he bankrolling the running of the club?

@ Cleethorpes: It was, however, only a few days before THAT that he hinted he was thinking about pulling the plug. I don't personally buy the story either but it's not easy to take FAH entirely at his word (although there are, of course, no words attributed to him in the original post).
