Just seen Derby have released Jamie Ward. Always plays well against us and would definately consider him especially if Antonio is leaving as Ward plays wide left but can also play central. Only 28 too.

Spent most of the season on the bench and not injured? Why wouldn't he come to Forest? He is without a club and pro footballers aside from Terry & Gerrard playing now have no loyalty. The way fans jump in here when names are mentioned amazes me. We need free signings. Wake up to the fact because we can't afford to wait until any decent freebies have all been snapped up. Just my thoughts but Ward is a decent player and I would be quite happy to see him in red next season.
