Jamie Fullarton the new under 21 manager was at Bolton with DF. He left by mutual consent as the players did not like him or his methods. Is he the sort of man to run a squad where players are being groomed for the first team?

From what you have said, No.

More cronies coming in that helped our manager fail at Bolton.

Fullarton moved to Spain where he set up his own football academy, running teams from u8 to u19, playing against Spanish lower league professional club's academies. 7 years on the academy is still running with over 200 players in the system and a number having graduated to sign for professional clubs in both Spain and England.

However, in the summer of 2012, he became the coach of the Bolton Wanderers under-21s from where he was released by mutual consent in October 2014, following the departure of manager, Dougie Freedman. Fullarton still oversees his football academy, Costa Unida, in Spain.

I'll give him a chance Shadow/River/Dare2

Mapperly Red.

You are the 2nd person to mention Dare2, Cjay mentioned him recently.

Let me see, our manager got sacked at Bolton, Mills was there, so was the guy you want to give a chance to, so both helped our manager fail, yet come to Forest.

It often happens in football where some of the back room staff leave with the manager, he's got experience with young lads.
I don't mind the 'cronies' coming in, if it makes Dougie and the team perform. We've got a proven solid 'crony' in Mills a solid centre back and a good voice for DF In the changing room. Having a leader you know and rate in the dressing room will be invaluable with the things that happen within the football club, whose day to day running isn't all about the football.

Weren't McGovern, Gemmill and O' Hare all Mr. Cloughs cronies? You could probably say the same about Peter Taylor also. It doesn't hurt sometimes to have a few familiar faces around. Goodness me, why so much negativity?

{Ed003's Note - to give the positive folk something to moan about :/ }

Has anyone any idea which players progressed from Fullarton's academy to play for teams in England or Spain.
