I watched the game on TV last night and I thought we were awful.
First of all the positives: we scored a good goal, Wilson played well and we seem to have a decent LB at last.
Now the negatives: Our passing was terrible, marking non existent at times, we were over zealous in our challenges, very negative, even when we took the lead, little pace...I could go on. Whilst I am a firm believer in giving managers time to get things right I think its time for Fawaz to spend a few more quid and say many thanks to DF for sorting the FFP mess out and bringing in some decent players and say goodbye. If I was him I would then beg NP to come and take us forward. Honestly when we cannot get the football basics right it has to be time to cut and run.

Tree1,some of your comments make sense but getting rid of the manager and bringing in more players is a non-starter,remember we are under FFP also most likely still paying BD, give Dougie a chance to consolidate our place in the Championship get out of FFP then think about new players,NP is a good choice but we can't afford him,so let's get behind the team we have 😊

I have to agree with original post - I thought we looked useless - passing was horrible and the play in general when we had the ball was slow and one dimensional. Mendes looks good at certain things but he loses the ball too much looking for a pass due to his team mates standing around and not making space (Lansbury is very guilty of this). Ward for his effort but he insists on shooting from 40 yards all the time ! Burke on the right makes more sense and would balance the team. O'Grady works hard but I can't see him scoring a goal unless it's a fluke.

I'm not overly impressed with the way Forest play at all, we will get battered soon by a team who are more clinical.

Lansbury not playing like a £4 million plus player at the moment. Free kick towards the end which went well over was a complete waste. Think he's short on goals and assists for a player who is captaining the side and in central midfield.
