Is DF a bad manager or a overthinking ultra defensive one? Ed/anyone.

{Ed001's Note - good question. I would just say he is not ready for a job at this level though personally. He should have learnt his trade in the lower leagues.}

Your right ed maybe 10 years down the line with more experience under is belt i hope we win today i hope we win every match we play but everytime we win one in four or five games if were lucky it keeps douggie in the job i really want a manager in with some good experience behind him and someone we know were going to stick with that will also do well in the premier leauge when we get back up there pearson fits the bill nicely but time running out someone will snap him up soon forest to win today 3-2 🙏.

{Ed001's Note - it always astounds me how many ex-players walk into top jobs in management.}

These players that go straight into a managers job should start at the bottom and work there way up a bit like nigel clough shocked at is last two sackings think he would be a good gaffer with a good future not sure he would be the bloke for us but would of done a lot better than douggie.

Over the last few we must have had the opportunity to have got Steve Clarke, he'd have done for me.
