7.5 mill ain't silly money. Trust me. It is about as good as it gets for a Champ winger.

We got good money for him, so did sheff weds. Fair play to west ham they paid good money for a championship player with lots of potential and its paid off- you've got to give Antonio some credit too, he's kept his head down, worked hard and reaping the rewards now. Everybody did well in this deal.

I was heckled on this site for saying that selling Antonio was a terrible short sighted decision but I stand by my view that it was the worst bit of Forest business since Collymore and Bohinen were flogged off twenty years ago. If we'd kept MA we would now be in the top six at least. With our current pathetic strike force we will be lucky to finish in the top 16.

Antonio wanted to leave and considering the situation we find ourselfs in 7.5 million for a player we payed 2 mill for and did not want to play for the club is good business witch will help towards Getting out of FFP.
