If,as some of you are already calling for, Mark Warburton goes before the end of the season, I will be gone too.
I hate losing games of football as much as the next man. What I hate more though is this mad crazy merry go round of managers.

Mark Warburton is another in along list of good managers who have come in, half revamped the squad and then not allowed to complete the job.

I am sick of hearing about people with so called Rangers connections, who claim that Mark Warburton is a one trick pony. It is ‘horse ship’
Yesterday he recalled Lichaj and played with a flat back four. I have seen him employ at least six different set ups in home games alone.
We were the better team for large parts of yesterday’s game and that despite going down after 24 seconds.
Vellios is a good player who I believe the new owner wanted back in Greece. That may have more to do with him being out in the cold than his ability as a striker.

I will make a prediction, if Mark Warburton goes before January, the first thing the new manager will say is he needs 5 or 6 new signings. The merry go round will start again. I want to see a club going forwards not going round in circles. If we abandon this brave new dawn, I’m off. I can’t stand to see the club I love spiral into more chaos, fuelled it has to be said by a small loud mouthed minority of fans.

Stick with MW, as long as we are in an improved position from last season then that's fine by me. We are a mid table team at best currently. We outplayed Derby yesterday, they got lucky twice.

Wishey do you really believe in mark warburton??? If so fair enough. But to say you will be gone if he is sacked is strange. When pearce was oosted after some poor defensive displays a lot on here were happy. Given time pearce would have turned it around. He had already signed some quality players but was robbed through injury of a lot. Warbs has had enough time to settle things into a pattern but its chaotic chop and change and he defo has his favourites. Based on yesterday sacking would not be right as that game is a one off. But unfortunately after the break things are the same. Murphy looked jaded and he should have been replaced. After his 3 substitutions we went backwards and fizzled out. I am forest through thick and thin that's why we are supporters we can only watch and cheer. " the lads need no motivation they are really up and well organised for this game " 24 seconds a throw in cheaply defended and a shimy and a waltz the ball is in the back of the net. At amateur level you make it difficult for the thrower as its going to be feet and back, simples. No one got stuck in in that first few seconds. It was so pedestrian and passionless. Appart from lichai and ward their was little agression. Its warbs team make no mistake but i cannot see the hirearchy stomaching much more of this inept little end product stuff. The only pattern developing is that we are easy to beat. Sheff uwere unlucky like the rest of our victories. Liks i said earlier have we managed to scrape a battling draw yet????

Completely agree Meaty, stick with Warburton and his way, it's such a young side and needs time to develop.

Like most people I want Warburton to succeed because he insist on playing the passing game we want to see. Trouble is that he has inherited a side that cannot defend. It will not be long before some of our central defenders' contracts are up. Fox, Mills and Hobbs haven't long to go, not sure on Manc. Maybe he should risk a few more youngsters in central defence - Ahmedhodic, Coveney, and buy more defenders in the next window if available. In the meantime I see no reason why the silent Manc should be captain - he's not a natural leader, and it looks like Bridcutt is not going to "cut it"in central midfield so the gaping holes we have always had are still there. Derby's first goal came from our left hand side and I'm beginning to think letting Pinnilos go was a big mistake. Either Warburton repairs the obvious weaknesses or come January he may well be gone.

I agree we sacked Pearce too soon. I do like Warburton yes. He is trying to play football. Is it Warburton's team? Partially, yes. That is my point. We allow Managers like Pearce, like Freedman, like O'Driscoll and even Montanier to an extent, we allow them to come in, they start to bring in the players they want, or can afford and then we get rid of them because results are not instantly promotion standard.

Part of Warburton's plan is what many of us said we wanted, that being to give the kids a chance. With kids you get bags of energy, but the odd lapse of concentration. Warburton and the kids need time.

I am no greater fan of Mark Warburton than I was of any of the other managers I have mentioned, but he is in the hot seat right now and I want him to be given at least one full season to show what progress his side can make.

If we finish outside the relegation zone and the kids have had a full season. I would give him another full season.

David Vaughan, Chris Cohen and Jack Hobbs are all really good players but all at the wrong end of injury ravaged careers. Warburton can and will play these players if he is desperate for results, but he is trying to build a team for the future as much as anything.

He tried desperately to bring in a more experienced keeper and his old centre half from Brentford. When they failed to materialise he turned to players like Smith and Worrall. The young lads are getting better all the time, but they are young and it will take time.

Give the manager time. That is where we cocked up in the past, it can't be allowed to happen again. A new manger now just brings in more new players and we start from scratch again.

Well don't go and stop following the reds if warbs goe wishey. You are a sound fan with good ideas. My point is that modern football does not allow for settling in, you hit the ground running, other clubs have had good runs when imstalling a new manager recently. Defence is no place to blood youngsters, mistakes are very costly. Playing strikers as wingers to gain experience again is nonsense. Watford are still in the prem and they change managers like we change our socks. No if we were drawing a few matches and showing grit and improvement i would agree with the stability standpoint. And yes we all want stability but realistically warbs is making his own grave. A goid house is built on solid foundations our foundations are replaced week in week out and either good defenders won't come to us or it actually is his memesis. If you have a weak defence then you protect it with midfield generals and try not to expose your weakness there. The threat is not stopped at source so we get fut open easily like the goals derby scored yesterday.
