I attended the Notts v Lincoln match and the big difference I noticed between the Notts and Forest players is in a word passion ,Notts seemed to have a great deal we seem to lack it.
The majority of reds fans seem to think Lichaj ,Hobbs,Caroyal,Vellious aren,t being treated fairly ,if the players see it the same way the team spirit will be low ,in other words no passion

Different league and not seen a lack of effort,can't compare Notts with forest.
They'd be anchored to the bottom of the championship with that side.

Passion belongs in the bedroom.
EFFORT belongs on the pitch and I go to games and haven't seen a lack of it.
Notts lost 2nil to Crewe tonight,normal service resumed.

Ff i disagree leagues below us show more passion and heart than some of the players at forest.
Imagine a forest side with the urgency and desire not to give in and put in 100% each game.

I didn't realise there was leagues for passion on a football pitch its about wanting to play with pride and passion for the club not what league it is your bang on Carlo saying we don't have the same passion cause we don't I played in the conference and few years ago half of these mamby pamby players wouldn't last 10 games

Not just me saying it if you read posts on here the majority can't all be wrong , My solotion if I had on I'd be the manager wouldn't i but it's pretty obvious we need a few experience players of the championship not many but people who would help grind a few results take barnsley for example I was there we battered them and lost I'm not saying we need journey men just a couple of good quality players to help what is undoubtedly a young skill full squad

We all know we are not the finished article and need some additions.
But you can't go out and bring in ten players or more in one transfer window.
Players have to be released first to make way as well and there are a few that will be but not till the end of this campaign.
I'm just disagreeing with you when you say we lack passion and pride.

Stuart Pearce in a forest shirt typified what I'd call passion for our club we don't have on player whom would take that on his shoulders the nearest thing we have is joe Worrall but still a young boy and probably lichau apart from that we don't have passion in my opinion

We don't have a captain type player at the moment,but I'm sure he'll be aware of that.
Pearce was not just passionate he was a very talented player with a lethal left foot,players like him don't come along very often.
But you can't say the whole team lacks it,or we might as well all pack in going,you can't say Eric and Osborn didn't show passion and fight against the sheep?
It's more a case of some are just not quite good enough and the youngsters are learning and it's a harsh league to learn your trade.
