Get lichaj tied to a new contract forest, come on pull ya finger out of ya arses. Best defender we got. If hobbsy could stay fit i'd go with traore ( impresses me every time i see him ) worrall hobbsy and lichaj ( mancienne looking a bit feeble this season ). That's a pretty decent back four in my eyes then work the rest of the formation around them. i'd go 442 at home and at least make the cg a fortress again not since the days of the wee scottish nutter have we had that.

Mancienne is the only centre back with any pace and probably the most comfortable with the ball at his feet.
First choice for me.
