There are a few Championship and League One clubs sniffing round Grant now. We shouldn't sell him in January but leave him at Notts all season and then re-assess. He seems to be developing really well and may yet have a big future at Forest.

I hope he gets a go with us. Would hate to see him go to a rival and do well. Good attitude and maturing nicely at county. Its a link we need to use more for our youngsters to get league football.

Could Grant fill the gap when Dowell goes back to Everton do you think?

Dowell plays in Zac Cloughs natural position.If he goes back to Everton in Jan then Clough should be his replacement,

Haven't seen the best of him yet he is a natural number 10, old type inside forward, we paid a lot of money for him and he was pure class at Bolton.

Personally I'd rather play Clough and improve him over Dowell (we can never buy Dowell)

I think Grant has really developed since being over the road. When he got promoted with us, he clearly wasn't ready, and it showed in his play. Now he looks confident and assured, and is scoring goals. He may well have a future with us if he continues like this.
