Congratulations to Mark Warburton on having the best Forest manager stats since OBE at 45.45 win %

It's little wonder that the Fawaz and Billy No Brains fan club and usual Formoaners are keeping their heads down.

They'll all be hiding behind their sofas fretting our club might actually be moving forward so they can no-longer harp on about the past?

COYR's.

Hahaha. What is it with posters on here using selective stats?
It seems they're attempting to paper over the cracks somewhat.
Not the best Forest manager stats since the great Clough but up there with win percentage I'll give you that.
Look at his overall stats and they don't stand up so well.
No manager can be considered successful losing more than he wins.
I'm happy where we are for now but let's not for one moment try and make it something it isn't!

Thing is Fred you have to give the cracks time to heal, he's inherited a shambles of a football club,a mess from top to bottom.
Players signed on a whim by our previous owner, how many of those players would you have signed?
Well he's got them and has to try and get a tune out of them,Well good luck with that, the previous managers havn't managed it.
You can't judge him yet,the cracks are deep and healing process will take time

Red Fred has a point they are selective stats, but although he says they are papering over the cracks he knows they are not trying to big up the team, or manager but there to be positive.

He just wanted to have a bit of banter to see what happened.

Red Fred

The stat is not selective its a plain matter of fact. I'm not saying its a good or a bad stat or whether Warbo is successful. However, it does put into context some of the utter rubbish and over rated managers Forest have had in the past?

Time will tell whether he is on the right lines and whether the stat goes up or down? So for now give the man some credit compared to what's gone on before?

Statistics don’t mean anything.
Points and wins count.
Let’s wait until the season is over before throwing around stats and how great the Warburton is.

Fair enough Redinexile.
Too many defeats thrown in for now though which doesn't make his record much better than Montanier's or Freedman's at the moment.

On the positive side though 22 points will be achieved and more, finish mid table, get rid of Hobbs, fox,Mills,Ward .all sick notes who can't be relied on and contracts up.
Vaughan and Cohen as Well, although I hope we can find a role for Cohen at youth level.
Bring in fresh younger talent and the likes of Brereton, cash and Worrall have a season under their belt.
McKay and Cummins will be fitter and know what is required at this level.
Grant,Yeats,Lacovitti,Ariyibi will have had a full season playing regularily.
Lots of positives to look forward to next season for me.
