I have always thought that managers at football clubs should firstly have a good background in the sport as a player. As far as I am aware Warburton never played football at any level. Therefore this could be a reason why he is so nieve with his team selections.

He played lower league but agree. I don't think players believe in him.

I would suggest there have been many managers that have played football at a high level and have been total failures.

I do find it annoying Warburton playing players in various positions, but he is not the first, or will be the last to do it.

We have to just hope it starts to work sooner, rather than later.

None of them played top flight football and did alright so MW is in good company?
