Having watched the extended highlights V Leeds, the one thing the new boss has to sort out immediately is our left full-back position. Traore was carried by his colleagues and most of Leeds' attacks came along his side of the pitch. He was woefully lacking in pace and most often out of position. Fox would have been little improvement. Get that position right and we will ship a lot fewer goals. Have we no-one in the U23 that can help fill that hole?

Don't agree with that traore to me seemed to be on the left on his own a lot of the time he had no one tracking back to help him out, Osborne came over now again but he seem to dive in and the man would leave him standing.

Pinnillos looked like he’d filled that hole didn’t he but allegedly he’s been injured long term again. Been an issue for years hasn’t it. I think the last good permanent left back was Jim Brennan. Couple of good loanees along the way but a perineal struggle it seems

One of Traore's better performances yesterday but always looks a liability to me. Does not inspire confidence.

Quite right Fred and the overplaying it across the back four was suicide with him in the team

With McKay playing left hand side in front of him he was exposed as he had zero assistance. McKay loses the ball jogs about and has zero desire to win it back. He has the defensive capability of a mouse, and whilst his primary role is to create he still has to work much harder when he hasn’t got the ball.

Lavotti has been called back from a season long loan.

Indeed NNR, looking like he rangers fans were right on that one too and currently doesn’t look good value when working in a tight budget. How our 5 million was spent in the summer is looking very questionable now. I think traore should be sound in this league provided he’s not put under pressure and expected to be something he isn’t.

Obviously mckay is a decent player he's proved a few times me personally don't think his work rate is up to championship obviously as you say 2 star putting full back under pressure traore if fit is a very good player
