Hope we play with the same tempo against villa and wolves 2 teams who will allow us to play ( hopefully ) and build some confidence and memento going into the last 20 games. should be looking at top ten, a realistic target. Karanka while maybe not getting us dancing round the maypole, I get the feeling that fans feel it a sensible, decent appointment. Let's hope he gets time to prove himself and he brings in some gud additions to the squad.

Clough, completely agree mate, top ten is what we should aspire to. I think very few of us on here expect top six but we don’t expect to struggle, there is no justification for us to struggle and the club have no right to expect fans to keep parting with their hard earned cash watching forest stuttering the 2nd tier.
The clubs hierarchy get this and understand that goodwill can only go so far. They are cognisant of the fact they need the mid 20,000’s to ensure the club is financially viable, a big well done on that front. I like many fans will not keep parting with my cash to watch the utter crap churned out over the last 5 months and I make no apology at all for speaking out about it.

I am 100% behind Karanka as I was Warburton let’s hope this one is the one that makes us compete in this league because I can’t say whether I’ll keep watching the dire performances we’ve endured for several seasons now.
Good luck Mr Karanka I hope you can change things for us.

Cracking appointment imo.Made Boro solid at the back and difficult to break down.Obviously knows what it takes to get out this league.Ticks most of the boxes really.
Will be an interesting 3 weeks now not only on what funds he may have to spend but how we deal with the inevitable interest in Worrall and Brereton.

Just think . If we were still ruminating over Breadhead this wonderful weekend and everything in it would never have happened.

Lichaj even got a dog!

In big Spiros we trust. :)
