Who are the players that on this site want moving on? In my humble opinion not a replacement for Mancienne Lichaj or Worrall. Fox is a good reserve CB so if one is rumoured Worrall must be on his way. The left back is a long term ( 10 yrs ) problem and yes we need a good one there. Midfield Vaughan Bridcutt Clough Cash you would keep but have a couple of muscular midfielders ( like Lansbury ) that move in a forward direction. Our current major need yet again is a goal scorer. Ben and Tyler would be better on loan and Murphy is a reserve to come on later in a match I am afraid we need Britt back or his talented younger brother.

Fox is not a good reserve CB. He is rubbish. We need rid of him,Hobbs,Mills and Traore. Problem being who will have any of them? Smith needs some time out on loan. AK has one hell of a job rebuilding a strong defensive line.

Muscular midfielders like Lansbury? He knew how to foul but that doesn't mean anything. Hopefully we can do better than someone like Lansbury.

Get rid : Henderson, Troure, Fox, Hobbs, Mills, Cohen, Carayol, Ward and Vellios if he doesn’t want to be here (manager doesn’t like him).

Loan out : Cummings and several of the young lads in under 23s such as Edser, Crookes, Charlesworth who all should be looking to make step up next season.

Sign : Experienced keeper with view to Smith playing in Cups and taking number 1 back in a few seasons. Two solid championship leftbacks. A experienced Championship ideally ex premiership leader of a Centre back, a younger league 1/Championship Centre back, a solid right winger, a midfield battle axe probably someone older 29-32, a younger midfield creater and a solid goal scorer with experience at this level.
Realistically we won’t get that much done this month but over summer we could.

Players I would look at would include Charlie Mulgrew, Bradley Dack, Brett Pitman, Luke Freeman, Grant Leadbiter, Tyrone Mings (loan) there are plenty out there!
