Let's face it Cummings wasn't good enough. Just shows how weak Scottish league is.
Another player velios. No better than we already have.
So who do we bring in on loan.
I'd try Danny inggs been on bench just lately for Liverpool.
Ripped championship up a few years ago with Burnley before doing cruciate.

The vellios situation seems strange as montanier hardly played him and preferred bendtner when fit or Britt.
Warbo didn't play him and if he's not on the bench Saturday,then that would suggest he's either not rated or they want him off the wage bill?
Or he's just lazy in training either way his situation needs to be sorted.

To be fair, neither player has been given a decent run in the team for us to be able to judge them. You have to assume what ever the reason is, it's deemed significant in order to outcast Vellios, and let Cummings go so soon.

I disagree with only one striker up front and 5 or 6 strikers at the club Cummings never really got a chance. In the past we always had a pair up front that way a gud partnership and understanding could be made. Personally I like 2 up top I know football has changed some wat, just my opinion since that we haven't had a 20 goal a season player

I agree , Cummings and velios would get a bag full if they had Murphy or from what I saw against Arsenal brereton holding the ball up and banging some balls into the box. Our strikers constantly feed off scraps and yet people slagging Cummings who hasn’t really had a chance

Trouble is Billy you need to play two up and that's not going to happen under Karanka either.
Personally with the squad we have and the lack of goals from midfield other than McKay and Dowell we'd be better off with two up,but I'm afraid you won't see it
