It takes a long time to recover from major surgery, but the operation was needed to remove the rot running through the team. It looks like we're starting to heal and we just need a few more changes to get there.
I think vellios in place of brereton in the second half would've maybe got one. Brereton has believed all the hype around him from when he broke in to the team, and now swaggers around the pitch with a bad attitude. Also, once Fuentes is fit enough to slot in to left back we'll look more balanced.

I would agree with that. Osborn at left back is a temporary move, and both the goal and most attacks yesterday came in that area. Once Fuentes is fit the team will look very different. We will get goals both with Brereton and with Murphy/Vellios if Tomlin doesn't get injured. Dowell is a question mark since Cash has more speed and aggression.

brereton needs to be at home on match days. since he got into the team on a regular basis he as dropped off the boil. he wastes too many chances, same as cash. i hope worral injured for rest of season. no mistakes from where he usually plays. karanka will get the best out of the seasoned pros. leave the kids on the bench for now
