I’m not at the game so mine is an observation only- seems like he same old problem with Milwall demonstrating that possession doesn’t win games

You are spot on 2star. For all the pretty midfield passing and possession there was no end result. I dislike all the little flicks we are trying it seems they are void of ideas on how to penetrate teams! And when two forwards are screaming for a cross into the box the ball gets played sideways across the pitch!! For me I don't think it's just a case of getting a new centre forward it's getting a style of play that will penetrate stubborn defences and teams that setup like Millwall did today. Any sniff of a chance that we might create something got snuffed out by alert defending. The second goal conceded I thought all our players were ball watching and not any actual man marking. If we are to progress next season then predictable setups and play have to be overcome by our manager and his coaching team. Just my opinion. Happy Easter to all the fellow Forest fans. Hope we can do better against Barnsley!!
