We need to beat Cardiff for the way they played against us. They played ugly physical intimidating football. The deliberate time wasting tactics from the beginning of the second half were a disgrace to the game. However Neil Warnock creates temporary success with these tactics. If it's Fulham up with Wolves who does everybody want to be the third? Steve B or Neil W.

Neil Warnock is a fantastic championship manager whose ‘temporary tactics’ have served many clubs well. Football is about winning Doc and Warnocks a winner. Let’s be honest, bullying and intimidating football by the opposition i is often mentioned on here as a reason for our undoing. Maybe the problem lies somewhere else. Warnock is a winner with an enviable record of success, give the guy a break he’s been a good servant to the game. The only manager, in recent times, whose moved us away from being relegation fodder, deployed similar tactics and nullified those tactics by others - I think that also tells you something.

I thought Cardiff as good a side as I've seen at home this year and they won at a canter.
Physical yes , intimidating yes, Ugly not so sure, dirty not in my opinion.
Warnock is far from my most popular man on the planet but his record speaks volumes at our level.

The last time NW was linked with us would have been a good move for us and I don,t think anybody can argue we would be in a better place now.
OK not purest football style but a winner ,nearest modern manager to BC .

Creepy / Carlo - fair comments by both of you . Warnock has always said his dream job was the Forest job. Inform one wish that dream would have become reality as we get ready to lament 20 years outside of the top flight. Very much doubt it would have been had Colin stepped into the seat of the man for whom he had such admiration . Colin , I hope you get the promotion you deserve . . you complete w*****!
