I'm probably in a majority of 1, but I think Gomis should start against Bolton. If he's out of his depth, Brengun can always substitute for him.

Or just involve him in the senior squad over pre season so he will get too know the players and how they play better.gives him more of a chance to get use to the style.

So you would play him on sunday and that would mean the young lad would play 3 games in a week, Or would you not play him in Fridays final and deny him the chance he has worked hard for all season

Replace him with another who’s out of his depth. No issue with trying he lad out but he should take Brereton’s place in the squad.

That would be a pretty easy decision for the young lad play off finals for u23s or 1st team place I'm pretty confident which one he would pick 78 but yes let him come through team in summer with appiah

There is a massive step up from U23's to first team level
let him play tonight and try to win something Then send him out on loan next season to play Mens football and see how he can improve

Him and Brereton could go together.

That is just my point is a steep learning curve and to make the step up from youth level Championship player is a massive gap. Grant and Yates have done right thing in going out and learning about how to play every week and how tough it can be. It was only 2 years ago that they thought Shamus O'Donnough would make the grade but after loan spells He s on his way because he hasn't improved his game

Yes 78. - I’m with you. Let them build their game in the lower divisions. Some great clubs with good records of growing the younger players. Peterborough for one. I’d happily send them to Burton as well regardless of the league they’re in. We’d get the part of clough that would grace any football club - his ability to develop players.
