Off course Man City have brought the Premiership, just like Man United did under Alex Fergusson, under him they went from mid table to dominating the Premiership, although he could not dominate Europe.

2star, surely Man City are still in their infancy as far as being the dominant force domestically, can you remember how long it took Man United under Fergusson to get where Man City are now from where they were in order to compare, if it is possible.

I remember United starting from a foundation of 5 - 6 good young players . Buying Roy Keane and building slowly. I recall success without spending crazy money, obviously they spent a bit. I then think I remember big money being spent once big money was won. No United fan as such but my memory is what I described above. I could well have that wrong though pal

2star, my memory is not very good on the subject but that seems reasonable. I suppose when money is no object to a owner and the club is treated like a toy building slowly would not cross their mind.
