I'm not missing the point but my point is don't write of players in there 30s like so many do and we have relied on youth for season after season and we all know how that has worked out we need a balance of both slightly tipped in experience favour not the other way round.

We've relied on journey men and loans if truth be known.
Just that some can't see that and prefer to blame the youngsters.
They need good players around them to progress,not loans and has beens.
