Barry Fry's sale pitch is now going a bit over board, he has said Marriott is better than Stan Collymore and Britt Assbosalonga put together. We better get a £40m bid in right away if he is that good. 😁 😁 😁 😁 😁.

Offer them 3m and Murphy walker clough

Tell you this for nothing!!! None of them will ever come anywhere near Robert Rosario!!! 😂😂😂🤡🤡🤡

And Brereton

4.) 08 Jun 2018
08 Jun 2018 20:35:10
Give Brereton a break he’s only 18 and warburton already done a great job of destroying his confidence without the fans joining in

5.) 08 Jun 2018
08 Jun 2018 20:56:06
Stevie f, what age was Ronaldo playing for man utd, footballers need mental strength, physical strength, aswell as skill.

6.) 08 Jun 2018
08 Jun 2018 21:38:09
I think Ronaldo was the exception rather than the norm. I don't think we can refer to Brereton in that vein. Although he has potential to be a very accomplished player.

7.) 08 Jun 2018
08 Jun 2018 21:50:20
Better than Collymore 😂😂😂😂😂 behave yourself Barry.Get yourself another Shandy mate.

Silenzi could show young Marriot a thing or two.

9.) 08 Jun 2018
08 Jun 2018 22:26:43
WAAC to compare Brereton to an all time great is a bit ridiculous mate Ronaldo coped because because he was exceptional

10.) 08 Jun 2018
08 Jun 2018 22:46:31
If you're playing in the team you should be man enough. Age has nothing to do with ability.

11.) 08 Jun 2018
08 Jun 2018 23:02:31
Warbo or nobody else has destroyed Brereton.
He'll be top notch and proved that by taking penalties when he could have swerved the responsability.
Not a sign of a player being destroyed, just a young player doing the hardest job in football??
Putting the ball in the net, when your young inexperienced and in a struggling team and playing the lone ranger.
Tomlin showed it's not easy to score from the spot by missing and he's ten years older.
Better players around him and year battling in the championship in a struggling side,he'll be a better player for it.

12.) 08 Jun 2018
08 Jun 2018 23:04:08
WAAC oh yeah not to mention the fact that Ronaldo looked around and saw giggs, scholes ,Beckham, Rooney, etc, bit easier under those circumstances

13.) 08 Jun 2018
08 Jun 2018 23:05:54
FFS WAAC give the lad a break, comparing just about anyone to Ronaldo is just laughable, i wonder if the Spurs fans are giving Kane stick for not being the preening one, P.S. i agree with you most of the time!

14.) 08 Jun 2018
08 Jun 2018 23:06:13
Calm down dears.
Before you start to ship out our existing strikers just remember we need a squad and all of those you want to bin off will score of they get the players on AK shopping list!
So just jog on and see how this window pans out?
Happy days are here again.

Ff799 didn’t say he had destroyed him mate but I think he temporarily damaged his confidence by playing him wide hopefully that will be rebuilt,if the fans who are at the mo on his back just remember how young he is and give him time.playing in a struggling team hasn’t helped either,

16.) 09 Jun 2018
09 Jun 2018 01:30:48
Stevie f, with Ronaldo looking around and seeing those players he could well have been overawed and failed but he had confidence in his own ability and did not let anyone make him think otherwise, if i remember right he got stick for doing a certain trick too often.

17.) 09 Jun 2018
09 Jun 2018 07:02:31
No one is on his back and he got unwavering support last season. If we want to do well next season I doubt he’s the man to play up front for us. I’m sure he’d score a bagful in league one, couple that with his learning last year and he’ll be a player.

18.) 09 Jun 2018
09 Jun 2018 09:31:17
Warbo didn’t destroy him just destroyed his confindence by playing him out wide.strikers need to play in there proper position to give them chance to score goals which brings confidence warbo killed that.

19.) 09 Jun 2018
09 Jun 2018 10:38:20
WAAC overawed? he was better than them and he knew it .

20.) 09 Jun 2018
09 Jun 2018 10:38:56
I agree he needs confidence, he will get a bagful in league one, bring him back buzzing in Jan. I’ll be honest I’ll be disappointed if we’re starting with him next season. Some of the chances he missed back Ende of last season shows he needs a bit more nurturing yet, otherwise I think fans will get frustrated with him. I guess we could see how he goes pre season before making a decision.

21.) 09 Jun 2018
09 Jun 2018 13:54:07
He took that penalty because it’s the only way he could grab himself a goal. If a player is not good enough then he shouldn’t be in the team regardless of the reason, too young, too short, too tall or too old. Not good enough means not good enough!

22.) 09 Jun 2018
09 Jun 2018 14:30:20
Billy so your writing an 18 year old kid off as not good enough because he had a hard time up front on his own in a struggling side good job we never did that with Birtles, robbo,,Anderson o’neill etc who also took time to adjust,2 of which were older than this kid at the time

23.) 09 Jun 2018
09 Jun 2018 17:12:22
Stevie for, so age has nothing to do with it then.

24.) 09 Jun 2018
09 Jun 2018 17:51:22
Yes I am , he’s crap. He can't score tap ins from 5 yards so your argument about playing on his own in a struggling side is redundant. I’m not saying give him the elbow but I’m sorry, we need better. Much Better!

25.) 09 Jun 2018
09 Jun 2018 18:17:05
Billy 1st you say he’s crap (some of the biggest clubs in th the country disagree) then you say “ I”m not saying give him the elbow “ then you say we need much better give me a clue what are you saying

26.) 10 Jun 2018
09 Jun 2018 23:53:27
WAAC you obviously missed the point mate which is even more mature people who turned out to have terrific ability struggled at 1st . i can remember Johnny robbo having such a stinker that he got booed when he touched the ball earlier in his career, and he finished up being voted our best ever player( not a verdict I personally agree with)

27.) 10 Jun 2018
09 Jun 2018 23:54:00
WAAC you missed my point, more mature men who turned out to have loads of ability took time to settle into the team, johnny robbo got booed every time he touched the ball in one of his early games he was so bad and he turned out to be voted out best ever player! I don’t know how good Ben will or won’t be but it’s still very early days

28.) 10 Jun 2018

10 Jun 2018 06:39:34
Ff799 that’s. a bit disappointing if that’s the case mate I think the kids got a lot of potential, and it will all suddenly click for him in front of goal,by the way sorry everybody for the “echo message above didn’t think the 1st one had gone through!
