Their seems to be a contrasting views as to AK being at the club after Christmas, if we are not in the top ten. Our owner has got the man he wants in charge, and will keep him here so long as progress is happening . Getting the right players in for this division is difficult, premiership players can find it hard to fit in. I remember Pearce having a great start, but interference from Fawaz put paid to our progress, their will be no such thing with our owner, especially this season. All you doom and gloom merchants give the club a break. My forecast this season is better than last season.

Agree with most of what you say since1951, but "better than last season" could be 15/16th!

With regard to it being doom and gloom to speculate on Ak’s position if we’re not top 10 after Xmas. do you really think that the owner will spend 30 million and rising to be prepared to sit in the middle of a bang average league like the championship? because that’s all it is, the only reason it’s difficult to get out of is because the vast majority of teams are as bad as each other, every time a good side drops into it they smash it, so I got a feeling the owner is expecting instant results nothing else.and if AK doesn’t deliver, someone else will be invited to try, that’s football these days nothing to do with doom or gloom but realism

1951 you say the club will keep Aitor so long as progress is being made? What is your definition of progress being made.? Whether or not the club has who they want in charge if we are not very close to, or most like in the top six i would be astonished 😲 if Aitor kept his job. I like your joke we will better than last season 🤣 Aitor would not deserve to be a football manager if he could not achieve that with having two transfer windows with complete backing from Nottingham Forest. This doom and gloomer is mystified by your 📯 😁 but you, as i are entitled to say how you feel.

AK knows his players and his team which I expect him to play this Saturday - sadly I won’t be there. Murphy that we didn’t rate seems to figure in the team at the moment is that to try and sell him? To me Lolley , Osborne I would have on my team sheet. Who you partner with Fig. I don’t know , Dawson , Worrall or Fox or 5 at the back
The three Portuguese , Grabban and one other

Some of these posters that love AK so much reaally don't get the point you call us doomers because we say that if AK doesn't make top 6 he will be gone yet youu would want to keep a manager that can't do the job just because it suits you because your AK lovers how's that putting the club first lol the club comes before the manager full stop if he can't do the job by the end of the season goodbye simples this season is going to be are best chance clubs around us on ffp and no money to spend we might not get this chance again onwards and upwards under AK

That 13 mill is over 5 years so only 2.6 mill a year on each spread sheet which is easily covered same with grabban so on a yearly profit loss account our expenditure so far is prob under 10 mill a year peanuts in today's football
