Looks like Joe Worrall could be heading out on loan. Better to give him some quality game time with another club than it is to sell him. Good to see we have a solid plan for the future

How good is the new centre back hefele.
Feel for worrell think he would come on loads with likes of Dawson and fig. Mentoring him.
And a decent team in front of him.
But we are now overloaded with cbs.
So a loan to a good league 1 side might do worrell better.
Dyke saw summit in him to offer 10m

And karanka sees something in him to keep him a loan is definitely a good thing playing time for him his what he needs only a young lad who will come on leaps and bounds for it and maybe next season start regular for us

Poor decision badly handled as we could of cashed in if karanka didn't fancy him as a first choice.
You don't loan out a player who attracted a 10 million bid and prefer a 350 k player instead.
Should have tahen the money.

He ought to go play with his Uncle Jack at Bolton and learn the art of defending?

Ff I do not know why Hefele cost around £350,000 but if he really is a quality like Aitor seems to think perhaps there are circumstances for that and the manager thinks there will be no problems with him, or at £350,000 it is a minor risk should it not work out, i should think Worrall would have a recall option. This is a season we are going all out to try and get promotion so Worrall going out on loan could well be something that improves him which gives us a better player, or get offered more than £10m.

Red always,Hefele was first choice in the season Huddersfield got promotion. Very good signing at this level and a snip at 350k

So you've just answered your own questions. should of cashed in, his value has become worthless now.

FF79 I believe it was only circumstances at the time that we didn't sell Worrall to Burnley.Warburton had just been sacked, league position dodgy, performances awful and lots of goals being conceded.I feel the owners feared the backlash of supporters had we sold a product of the academy at that time.

Correct perks.fans would of moaned about ak getting rid of youth and not wanting to use the academy.depends what agenda you have

Would have caused a storm Sutton.I personally wouldn't loan him out unless we can recall at short notice.Fox doesn't have a great injury record.Figs has been injured all summer and Dawson isn't getting any younger.

We defo need a recall

Is it not a standard stipulation that a loanee can be recalled to his parent club at any time? I was just wondering?
