At this time last year, Fulham had drawn 3 won 1 and lost 1. They finished 3rd in the League. Just saying. .

They had a really decent squad not overpaid bang average ex Prem league players and 3 lightweight Portuguese youngsters who are clearly not Championship savvy in that they need time to play which they won't get. We've wasted an awful lot of money when we could have done far better for less.

When people say where Fulham were last season and look where they finished?
There is a stark contrast to our plight.
Fulham had failed at the last hurdle the previous season and clubs that do that usually find it has a knock on effect the next season, it's more a confidence thing,we are just not performing at all and but for a lot of luck would have lost three by now.
Other than Bournemouth preseason 70 mins against WBAand cup game against Newcastle we've been dreadful as a team,so to me that comparison is like clutching at straws.

Bsered All any of the people want is to see the players to show a steady improvement in the way they play and to learn from their mistakes. Oh and for the manager not only to learn from his mistakes but not to change too many players from game to game. Has any of that happened? Aitor said after the Newcastle game Bridcutt had a Amazing game, yet he could only make the bench against Brentford, does that make sense to You, well it does not to me.

It seems to me that the same people who keep telling us we need to hold on to managers for stability and eventually success.are now holding up a club who gets rid of a manager every 6 months as an example of why we should all be optimistic!

We're on target for less points than last season. You don't have to be a doom monger to expect significantly more than what we've seen do far.

Maybe the Portuguese players need a bit of their local triple to calm their nerves and then warm them up in the cold months ahead. 😁

2star I genuinely think they will come good, they seem to only need to toughen up a bit then we will see their class shine through.
