Ben Watson has amazed me, he said the team to learn from their mistakes and quickly, wtf.

How many times do the team have to go behind because they have started slowly, and for Aitor to say to the media we need to start games in the first half the way we do in the second half before it sinks in.

Watson also said if you go at teams they will make mistakes. That is not rocket science yet the others do not seem to understand that in any way.

I wonder what it will take before it sinks in, i just hope something changes with the team and their attitude starting in the next game.

Stags, I think we should avoid targeting certain players , we seem to go on a witch hunt for someone every season . Blame the manager mate, Watson is a decent player and has been a good player every where he’s been. I think the reasons for our performances are obvious.

2star I know Aitor has to take a lot of the blame, after all he trains the players, they are his tactics they use, and he plays players he likes instead of players that need to be played.

The players however to portion some of the blame, in some games the players play with gusto and get at the opposition then in others they sit back and wait for the opposition to make mistakes.

Aitor has said to the media often already that the players need to start all the games with the same attitude as the do in the second half of games and keep it up to the final whistle. Surely he does not say one thing to the media then another to the players, if he does then he needs to go.

Some of the mistakes the players make are so basic they should be sorted by now, again that has to be down to the players to some extent.

I'm not having a go at Watson in particular but the players as a whole because they deserve it, yes they do need time to gel but with each game their is no sign of improvement from game to game, again the players have to take some of the blame for that.?

Watson on Brentford game "we showed them too much respect". May I translate? "We all bust a gut to beat Newcastle on Wednesday on Sky Sports and now we are knackered and can't be bothered to do the same in front of a few thousand fans in some football backwater". Karanka "we need more consistancy" translates as "I can get my players motivated for glamour games like west brom and Newcastle but not the bread and butter stuff against Birmingham and Brentford who's players are on a quarter of the wages my stars are getting but work twice as hard". Does that sound about right?

Only a change of manager will make them gel.
He's tried virtually every permutation of players in his strict 4 2 3 1 formation and he still doesn't know which is his best one.
Can't see us getting anything at Swansea and if we don't get a win or two from sheff weds Rotherham and stoke at home, then I think a decision will made.
